Bali Yoga Retreat
At the heart of this nurturing week are Kathryn's wonderfully restorative and accessible yoga classes, which are offered twice daily in a beautiful, spacious pavilion overlooking lush greenery. Read what past participants have said about their Artistry of the Soul experience here.
Included in the retreat are optional daily creative writing classes, ample time-out for self and nightly meditations with Kathryn, along with optional voicework and authentic movement for those seeking a deeper journey into self.
WHERE
Artistry of the Soul takes place twice a year at Melati Cottages in the tranquil village of Penestanan, within the beautiful kingdom of Ubud, Bali. Penestanan is a wonderful place to stay for lovers of wholesome, nutritious food. The famous Alchemy raw vegan cafe is located directly opposite your accommodation, and The Yellow Flower cafe, known for its cacao shakes and turmeric health drinks, lies a short walk away.
THE SHAPE OF EACH DAY
Each morning begins in the Wantilan yoga pavilion with a yoga class that is both dynamic and restorative.
You will enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast in Melati's dining room before the option of joining Jane Cornes Maclean for a relaxed, supportive creative writing session.
This is followed by four hours' free time for massages, beauty treatments, a healthy lunch, rest, walking, etc.
