Kathryn Riding and Jane Cornes Maclean invite you to join them for a five day, four night yoga and writing retreat with full vegetarian catering.
Kathryn's wonderfully restorative and accessible yoga classes will be offered every morning, along with creative writing with Jane, and an afternoon meditation, restorative yoga class and Mantra class with Kathryn, coupled with time to relax and unwind in the beautiful, unspoilt surrounds of Banksia Springs, Dwellingup.
The shape of each day...
Each morning, Kathryn will guide you through a yoga class that is both dynamic and restorative. Kathryn's classes are an invitation to journey within; to experience your inner spaciousness, your connection with the elements, your inner peace and joy.
"I've had many yoga teachers but, until Kathryn, none who moved me to tears through their elegance." Perrie Croshaw, journalist.
After breakfast, Jane will facilitate a relaxed, supportive creative writing class suitable for all levels of ability. Jane's primary focus - and joy - is helping others realise their creative potential. Whether you're new to writing or an experienced writer looking for inspiration, Jane’s friendly, insightful approach will help open up your inner creative voice and build your confidence.
After a leisurely lunch, curl up with a good book or take a walk through the beautiful countryside at your doorstep - the property is nestled into Jarrah forrest and just five minutes' drive from Dwellingup village. The afternoon brings meditation, a wonderfully restorative and accessible yoga class and Mantra with Kathryn.
