Kathryn Riding and Jane Cornes Maclean invite you to join them for a five day yoga and writing retreat with full vegetarian catering.
Kathryn's wonderfully restorative and accessible yoga classes will be offered twice daily, along with morning meditation, creative writing with Jane and time to relax and unwind in the beautiful, unspoilt surrounds of Blacksheep Farm, just 6 km from Nimbin.
THE SHAPE OF EACH DAY
Each morning, Kathryn will guide you through morning meditation and a yoga class that is both dynamic and restorative. Kathryn's classes are an invitation to journey within; to experience your inner spaciousness, your connection with the elements, your inner peace and joy.
"I've had many yoga teachers but, until Kathryn, none who moved me to tears through their elegance." Perrie Croshaw, journalist.
After breakfast, Jane will facilitate a relaxed, supportive creative writing class suitable for all levels of ability. Jane's primary focus - and joy - is helping others realise their creative potential. Whether you're new to writing or an experienced writer looking for inspiration, Jane’s friendly, insightful approach will help open up your inner creative voice and build your confidence.
After a leisurely lunch, curl up with a good book or take a walk through the beautiful countryside at your doorstep - the property has its own creek for freshwater swims, plus a a traditional wood-fired Finnish dry sauna (no steam) and an unchlorinated ionised swimming pool. The afternoon brings another of Kathryn's wonderfully restorative and accessible yoga classes.
